By Bonnie Jewelry is looking for a full-time Jewelry sales associate (Jewelry Industry Experience Mandatory) to join our team. We are a luxury jewelry store that is woman owned and operated in Burlingame, CA. We are looking for a team player who is eager to learn and grow with us.

Qualifications:

- One year or more in the fine jewelry industry

- Previous experience in Luxury Sales and Concierge Client Services

- Punctuality and a positive attitude is extremely important

- Excellent communication skills, efficiency in Microsoft Office.

- Excellent in building rapport with clients.

- Computer and Phone Savvy

- The ability to use an iPhone for photography and video

Responsibilities:

- Inventory management

- Daily sales and operations (Shipping & Receiving)

- Opening and closing the atelier

- Upkeeping the showroom to ensure that is organized, clean and stocked.

- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including Saturdays and holidays

- Photographing finished product and notifying clients.

- Answering calls, providing product knowledge and guiding clients to find their dream piece.

Requirements:

• Must be able to work in a fast paced environment. We operate a fast-paced retail environment.
• Must be organized
• Must be able to pass a background check
• Must be professional and have an excellent presentation at all times
• We are looking for a long-term team player
• Must be passionate about concierge level service
• Must have an incredible eye for detail
• Must be highly organized

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $28.00 - $36.00 per hour
